The kitchen is calling you.

Um, say what?
So, my parents yelled up at me to come downstairs and clean up the kitchen.
I had to take a second to backtrack.
I have to do WHAT NOW?
I faithfully ate my 2 slices of pizza, with a little lettuce on the side to have vegetable thrown in, on a PAPER PLATE. (which are my favorite to use, btw. If you have a paper plate, I'll use it in a hot minute.)
I threw away my paper plate, and put NO dishes in the sink.
Zip.
Zilch.
NADA.
Yet you call me to clean YOUR dirty dishes that YOU dirtied up.
Sound wrong to you people because it DEFINITELY sounds wrong to me.
See, this is how I see it:
YOU dirty it, YOU clean it up.
And that's exactly how it's going to be when I have my own family.
Sure, I'll clean up my kids dishes, but only until they're old enough to do their own.
Then again, we might not have a lot of dishes since we will be using paper plates unless when family/important people come around or on special holidays.
Yep.
I'm going to be the best mom aren't I?
Until next time home slices,
-xoxo(:
